Yes , after months of practising , rehearsing , learning the ropes ... the day is finally here ! Tonight , the much anticipated Community Chest Charity Show - ' TrueHearts ' the first LIVE TV Charity Show to be held outside of Mediacorp Studios and in the heartlands - at Toa Payoh HDB Hub will officially commence at 7pm Tonight !
For the FIRST TIME EVER , Mediacorp Charity Shows on TV ( in this case this Community Chest Charity Show ) is NOT being held at MEDIACORP Studio but it is held outside the Studio & in the heartlands at Toa Payoh HDB Hub !
By bringing the Charity Show to the heartlands , close to it's people & community has all it's benefits too !
First , with a Venue as ' centralized ' and popular as Toa Payoh HDB Hub , it is very accessible to the public from all walks of life ! Whichever place u live , u just need to board an MRT & u have reached the place ! Very easy & convenient ! No trouble at all ! It's really hassle free !
Secondly , and it is a very ideal place for such a large scale Performance as this ! Imagine a Charity Show at Toa Payoh HDB Hub ( where previously , the closest we have come to were only Project Superstars & Campus Superstars Auditions being held there & mostly recently , the <> Team were there for an Outdoor Programme !
But to have a Charity Show 100% being held there with all items being performed there itself , is and surely indeed A MAJOR FIRST !
I personally , was indeed pleasantly very surprised that Toa Payoh HDB Hub was being chosen instead of other Venues ! .
And having gone there to experience the phenomenonal atmosphere before from my previous experience of having gone to the Campus Superstars Auditions & Project Superstars Auditions being held there previously in the past , I can already imagine & expect how the atmosphere will be like TONIGHT !
Already , during the Campus Superstars & Project Superstars Auditions , the public can be SO LOUD & SO CRAZY already , so I can really imagine the fans this time round will be even more crazier & will definitely bring the atmosphere to a new high level never seen before at Toa Payoh HDB HUB !
Already with Jeanette Aw already we have so many fans supporting her , now with the likes of foreign Stars such as SHOW Luo Shi Xiang , Mediacorp Upcoming Rising Ah Ge - Dai Yang Tian & Joshua Ang and many more ... Imagine how crazy the fans & supporters can be TONIGHT at the HUB ! I can expect the whole Toa Payoh HDB HUB to be fully packed from top to bottom !
I can also expect Toa Payoh HDB Hub to really really ROCK & to come really alive with all the roofs & the fans to really bring the house down & all the tiles to be all popping up with all the loud cheers & crazy fans supporting !
By being there with all these awesome atmosphere it's already worth it !
I WILL DEFNITELY BE THERE TO WATCH IT LIVE at Toa Payoh HDB HUB itself TONIGHT , how about u the TV Viewers & Fans ... WILL U ?
