First , there was Tiffany Leong 梁丽芳 in《游戏人生》Priceless Wonder which ended it's run last week , and then now we have another Malaysian Actress 李美玲 Tracy Lee in current Primetime Drama《五福到》The Best Things In Life , and soon we could be seeing even more new faces making their appearances on our TV Screens ! The both of them were also recently seen together in a co - production Drama Serial -《我愛麻糍》Friends Forever which ended it's run on ntv 7 Channel earlier this month .

陈伟联 Emulates Rachel 蔡艾珈 Feat In《超级星光大道 6》!

陈伟联 Kelvin Tan recently became only the second Singaporean to have scored full marks ( 25 marks ) in the PK Segment of Taiwan's most popular Singing competition -《超级星光大道 》which is into it's sixth Season this year ! The Project Superstar 1 Winner who has already three Albums to his name since emerging Champions five years ago and also sang the Theme Song for《当我们同在一起 》- Channel 8 End of Year Mega Blockbuster for last year , achieved exactly the same feat as what Rachel Chua 蔡艾珈 did last year , with 张雨生 classic hit song《大海》!

His PK winning song -《大海》was also one of the Songs included in his third Album -《走唱陈伟联》which was released on National Day last year . When asked of his impressive performance in Taiwan , he said : “我没有刻意练习，也没有逼自己要表现得多好，就自然地唱。其实我不常练歌，我觉得练多了情感会变淡。”

Singaporeans viewers interests in this popular Taiwan Number 1 Singing competition increased since Campus Superstars 黄智阳 Huang Zhiyang and Rachel Chua 蔡艾珈 as well as Project Superstar 2 Runners Up 陈迪雅 Diya Tan won the right to represent our country to compete in Taiwan last year , after coming out tops in a gruelling three hours long PK Qualifying competition held at Kallang Leisure Park end of June last year . They then set off to Taiwan to compete in the beginning of August last year . But as it turned out , they were not the only three Singaporeans there as local singer cum songwriter Tay Kewei , Olivia Ong and even Yutaki Ong later also flew to Taiwan to represent our country too in the PK Segment last Season .

With《星洲之夜》- A Song To Remember , Mediacorp Channel 8 End of Year Blockbuster Drama which was initially scheduled for broadcast end of this year being postponed to next year ,《星光灿烂》Glittering Stars , a 25 Episodes Drama co-produced by Malaysia ntv 7 Channel & Mediacorp TV will now more than made up for that loss and disappointment to Singapore TV Viewers here and will instead serve as some sort of a prelude as to what can be expected from the highly anticipated Mediacorp very own Mega Blockbuster Drama come end of next year !

It doesn't help matters with the Titles of both Dramas sounding almost identical , neither does it help matters either with an almost similar storyline and plot , that is : with the songs and dances from the 60s as the main attraction of the story ... Viewers can also expect to see lots of singing and dancing performances on stage from both Dramas !

《奶爸百分百》Nanny Daddy may have been just a normal light hearted 20 Episodes Family Drama Serial , but it has certainly followed in the footsteps of two End Of Year Mega Blockbusters - 《黄金路》&《小娘惹》! Like the two Mega Blockbuster Drama Serials ,《奶爸百分百》Nanny Daddy have also been snapped up by China's CCTV Station and the Serial was being shown in China during the CNY week !

Yes , make no mistake about it !
