The hit Mediacorp Channel 8 BLOCKBUSTER Drama - The Little Nyonya is certainly going places ! Just days after it has made a stunning appearance at the prestigious MIPTV Event in Cannes , the INTERNATIONAL Annual Film Event of the highest honour which is being held in France , now news has it that it will go even further to the US !
Yes ! US viewers will also be able to watch the Serial & get to know this unique culture which has been the main reason behind the many Success Stories surrounding this hit TV BLOCKBUSTER !
And even on our Local front , besides the upcoming STAR AWARDS which is creating much excitement among Nyonya fans as each passing day draws nearer to the Awards Night , to be held at the last Sunday of this month , a musical is already in the works and will be coming to U very soon next month in May !
This also marks the very first Locally produced Mediacorp Channel 8 Drama Serial to be made into a Musical after achieving great success on the TV Screen !
Tickets are already currently now on Sale at all SISTIC Outlets ! However , not all the Original Casts from the hit BLOCKBUSTER Serial will be involved in this Musical ! One notable absentee will be of course , Jeanette Aw's love interest in the Serial - Qi Yi Wu who will not be available as he will be involved in filming a Movie .
Some of the main characters of the Successful MEGA Blockbuster will be back in this Musical - such as Jeanette Aw , Xiang Yun , Dai Yang Tian who will be joined by some new faces in this specially created Musical !
Some of the ' New Faces ' that U will see making their appearance in this Musical will include Project Superstars : Carrie Yeo Yang Jia Ying & Chen Diya , as well as Mediacorp Stars Ann Kok & Rayston Tan . The Musical will also see Olivia Ong make a Guest Appearance to sing the Drama Theme Song .

Great. Ann kok is a pretty and a credible actress. She will act colour to this musical. And i miss her singing!
