Exactly one week has passed since the 1997 MEGA Blockbuster Drama Serial - < 长河 > - Rising Expectations made it's Debut Re - Run last Thursday and already seven out of the 30 Episodes Series has been shown ... Written by the very same Scriptwriter 洪荣狄 who wrote similarily well received MEGA Blockbuster Dramas in recent years such as 黄金路 ( in 2007 ) , 小娘惹 ( in 2008 ) , 一房半厅一水缸 ( 2008 ) , 乒乓圆 ( 2009 ) and the upcoming MEGA Blockbuster Drama to come end of this year - < 当我们同在一起> TOGETHER ( to be shown end of November ) , as well as next year's End of Year MEGA Blockbuster Drama - < 星洲之夜 > , expect to see some dramatic scenes as the story began to reach to the climax ...
Jiahui ( played by Zoe Tay ) is sent to jail & her sister Jialing dies . Ting Ting ( played by Wong Li Lin ) comes to harm's way when she is taken away by Jacky ( played by Chun Yu Shan Shan ) ...

Episode 8 ( Monday , 7 Sept 2009 ) :
Jacky grabs Tingting and refuses to let go. Xiaofei arrives and tells him off. Jacky is determined to win Tingting over from Xiaofei.
Episode 9 ( Tuesday , 8 Sept 2009 ) :
Jiahui feels bad about what she did. Xiaofei is unable to choose between Jiahui and Tingting. Jialing buys an expensive electronic dictionary for Jiahui. She claims the money came from her savings.
Episode 10 ( Wednesday , 9 Sept 2009 ) :
Jiahui stops Shi Tou from acting rashly. Lilian is determined to see Jiahui put behind bars, so she makes Dongqing malign the latter in court. Jialing shocks everyone by revealing Dongqing is her father and that he had sought her sexual services.
Episode 11 ( Thursday , 10 Sept 2009 ) :
Tingting loses consciousness and is taken away by Jacky. Shi Tou sees Jialing getting into Jacky's car. He tries in vain to catch up with them. He does not realise Tingting is in the car too.
Episode 12 ( Friday , 11 Sept 2009 ) :
Jiahui gets special permission from the prison authorities to attend her sister's wake. Though she is devastated over Jialing's death, she holds back her grief and does not shed a tear. Shi Tou can't forgive himself as he had promised Jiahui to take care of Jialing while she is in jail.
