This MEGA Blockbuster Drama Serial has certainly lived up to it's name , it's English name of the Serial , that is . With such an engaging storyline & plot , together with the many ups & downs , twists and turns in the story , it is beginning to pull in the viewers to watch the Re - Run of this 1997 Hit Serial , never mind the late hour that it is currently being shown on MEDIACORP Channel 8 !
And the Drama is certainly getting more & more exciting indeed by the day as it reaches the climax this week with even more Dramatic scenes in store ! Tingting ( played by Wong Li Lin ) vows to seek revenge for Jialing's death and begins to plot her revenge after Jacky is acquitted of murdering Jialing but he did not mend his ways . Instead , he tries to kill her , while Jiahui ( played by Zoe Tay ) is being held captive by Lillian ... Shi Tou ( played by Li Nanxing ) tries to save Jiahui but both are thrown into international waters ....
Synopsis :
Episode 13 ( Monday , 14 Sept 2009 ) :
Tingting tells the court that she was with Jacky in a hotel room at the time of Jialing's death. Because of her testimony, Jacky is freed on grounds of insufficient evidence. Jiahui corners Tingting outside the courtroom and slaps her.
Episode 14 ( Tuesday , 15 Sept 2009 ) :
Jiahui goes to look for Shi Tou in the morning and learns that he stayed out all night. When she finally finds him, he ignores her. Shi Tou returns to the gambling den business, much to Jiahui's ire, the two have a fight.
Episode 15 ( Wednesday , 16 Sept 2009 ) :
Tingting is called away on an emergency. Jacky comes by to return a gift she left in his car, sees her earphones and listens to the cassette. Soon after, Tingting returns. Jacky tries to kill her.
Episode 16 ( Thursday , 17 Sept 2009 )
Jiahui is taken captive by Lilian and Dongqing drag her onto their yacht. Shi Tou arrives to save Jiahui, but is overpowered. The couple dump them in international waters.
Episode 17 ( Friday , 18 Sept 2009 )
Shi Tou and Jiahui arrive in Turkey on the tanker. Jiahui has problems speaking and moving due to her brain injuries. Shi Tou finds accommodation and work through his Turkish friend, Hassan.
