阿牛 - 《桃花朵朵开》 Now A Chinese New Year Song ?

They combined to co-produce 《气势万千威虎年》贺岁新年专辑 for the very first time last year with very good response so it is no surprise that they have done it once again this year ! The only difference this year though is that Malaysia 8TV Channel has even joined in the act making it a CNY Album co-produced by the two Media Prima Berhad TV Stations – ntv 7 Channel & 8TV Channel , together with Radio Station ONE FM !

Their Brand New CNY Album for this year - 《阖家团圆一起发》 consists of ten Tracks with eleven songs in total . There are as many as six new songs in this CNY Album , four of which are traditional CNY Songs - 《春花齐放》 , 《财神老爷下凡了》 , 《鞠躬行礼来拜年》 and 《一年胜一年》 .

One song that stood out distinctively from the list is 《桃花朵朵开》 . You will definitely find it very familiar because this is the very song originally sung by Malaysian singer 阿牛 Ah Niu . He performed this song for last year's Star Awards LIVE On Mediacorp Channel 8 (video below ) as well as recently on Mediacorp Channel 8 New Year's Eve Countdown Show too !

Since when has 《桃花朵朵开》 become a CNY New Year Song too , you wonder ?

《团圆饭》 one of the six newly penned CNY songs in this CNY Album is the 主打歌 . It has a great CNY atmosphere , with it’s very nice music and well written lyrics , this is one song u definitely will find yourself listening to it again and again ! Listening to it just once is not enough !
