Familiar Theme Songs from Mediacorp Channel 8 MEGA Year End Blockbuster Drama Serials rang loud and clear in the night sky , former Mediacorp Channel 8 Actor - Vincent Ng 翁清海 , now founder of Wufang Singapore as well as our SEA Games Table Tennis paddlers such as Feng Tianwei also made surprise Special Appearances - Campus Superstar 3 Rachel Chua 蔡艾珈 wowed and stunned the audience with her awesome display of singing talents for such a young age at fifteen , and also a Combined Chinese & Malay Version of JJ Lin Hit Song < 一千年以后 > ... These are but just some of the main Highlights in a fun filled , entertaining star struck , star studded Year End MEGA Countdown Concert at NSS Sparkle On 2010 last night !
Lasting 5 Hours of non stop Song and Dance from 7.30pm to 12.30am , held at the Open Field opposite Khatib MRT Station , it was a Year End Countdown Concert of the highest quality , abuzz with activities , with a strong line up of star studded Performers , which was a feast for both the ears and the eyes for the audiences with all the songs and stars being served up in this Free Concert in the Heartlands !

The Concert got off to a flying start with a big bang , as the various Performing Groups from Youthbox , NUS Voices & LWS rocked the crowds with powerful songs such as A Mei 阿妹 张惠妹 Hit songs Bad Boys . Lee Wei Song School of Music ( LWS ) performing a dance to the music from the Hit Dance Song of the Year - " I Want Nobody But You " ....

Campus Superstar 1 陈义元 ( aka ) YY his initials from his name Chen Yi Yuan was arguably the ' main ' star of the night ! He went in and out of stage and reappeared in various cameos , performing the most number of Songs of all the Superstars of the night !
And his fans were certainly making a lot of noises , cheering and whistling as they hold up high placards , banners and boards while their Idol was performing on stage ( as u can probably hear from the background of the videos ) , sometimes even covering the Songs being sung on stage !

Such an awesome Performance from the Campus Superstar 3 Runners Up , leaving people often forgetting the actual age that she really is , which left the audience really stunned , shocked and amazed as they could only marvel at her immense ' hidden ' talents with loud applause from all round ! The BEST Performance of the night so far !
This is truly a classic example of what it is called " Do not judge it's book by it's cover ! " Do not be fooled by her tiny & demure looks from the outside ! Within her packs an energy so huge that can bring the house down when she starts singing ! She really rocked the crowd with her powerful display ! Those who were there would have felt the full force and power from all her three Performances !
Next , pupils from Wufang Singapore , formed by Former Mediacorp Channel 8 popular Actor 翁清海 Vincent Ng gave an entertaining and powerful Performance that wowed the crowds with their moves !

Another Highlight of the Concert was Project Superstar 1 Winner and the voice behind the Theme Song from the current Mediacorp Channel 8 9pm MEGA Blockbuster Drama Serial - < 当我们同在一起 > TOGETHER , Kelvin Chen 陈伟联 making his appearance on stage , singing a total of four songs before the Countdown to the New Year !
