So after a very tense PK Competition from Round 1 , much to the surprise & delight of the many delirious fans at Leisure Park , Kallang where the Singapore Leg of Taiwan's Most Popular Number 1 Singing PK Competition - < 超級星光大道 5 新加坡 PK 賽 > was being held last Sunday , 4 out of the total 6 ' Superstars ' as well as a sole representive from Singapore Idol ( Sylvester Sim 沈祥龙 ) have successfully advanced to the Second Round of the PK Competition ! By now the atmosphere has already reached to another new high , following the commencement of Round 2 of the Competition !
There would be a slight change in how the Competition would be carried out in this Round . Instead of the usual norm where the Contestants will perform in ascending order where the Contestant with the smallest Number will start the ball rolling first ... Instead , the Competition will start from the back onwards ...
Both Hosts Ken & 小猪 , popular DJs from Radio FM 1003 agreed that for this Round of the Competition , the Contestants will start performing in descending order ... So meaning to say , Contestant Number 20 张祚恩 Teo Zuo En will get to perform first & Rachel 蔡艾珈 who is Contestant Number 1 will be the last person to come to the Stage to perform in this Second Round of the PK Competition , making the competition much more interesting indeed ! A slight refreshing change to the ' Competition Format ' too ...
So Round 2 of the Competition began with Contestant Number 20 Teo Zuo En 张祚恩 singing a rather cute & soothing song .

Following a breathtaking Performance in Round 1 with him singing & dancing to the song of SHOW Luo Zhi Xiang's most popular hit song < 精武门 > , the crowd were once again treated to another round of great dance moves , accomplianced with a very nice overall Performance from Contestant Number 17 Yutaki Ong Soon Tat 王顺达 who have since earned himself the nickname of Singapore's ' Show Luo Zhi Xiang ' !
His Performance in this Round was equally as entertaining as his Performance in the last round , certainly making him as one of the favourites to make it among the Top 3 for the trip to Taiwan & certainly ' posing a real threat ' to the other Contestants who have still yet to perform and adding much more pressure to them !

But ' pressure & threat ' are not really the types of words that one should associate with or be used to describe Project Superstar 2 Female Winner & Overall Runners Up 陈迪雅 Chen Diya , as she bravely faced up to the tough challenge ahead . Refusing to be deterred by the great Performance before her , she gave a great account of herself , singing a 卢广仲 Song of 《 我爱你 》 showcasing another outstanding performance just as she did in Round 1 , earning loud applause from the audience , the crowd & the Judges all around ! They were all very impressed by her Performance !
Once again , YES 93.3 FM popular DJs Zhou Chongqing & Lin Peifen , as well as Project Superstar 2 Contestant Tay Kewei who had come specially to land their support for 陈迪雅 Chen Diya were also seen once again waving & clapping their hands as ' their Idol ' sang the song on stage , totally immersed & deeply engrossed in the Song & enjoying her performance !
Next to take to the Stage was Singapore Idol Fame Sylvester Sim 沈祥龙 . This time round , though , he chose to sing a Chinese Song and his Performance was greeted with many screaming Fans & loud applause from his supporting Fans at the Second Storey of the Shopping Mall .

Don't be fooled by this demure Singer , though she is only 15 Years Old , but certainly she has the voice & the singing ability of an adult , as she has ' showed ' and proved with a fiery and ' fierce ' Performance here in this particular Song ! Not any or every fifteen year old can really sing or portray a Song to such a high Standard as she has done here ! Impressive !

After the Performance , the Host gave a Short Interview to each of the 7 Contestants and first to be interviewed was Rachel 蔡艾珈 . Host Ken seemed really very impressed by her Singing and her overall Performance that he can't help but throw her such a Question during the short Interview : Now U are 15 years Old & u can already sing until like this till this high standard , what & how can u expect to sing when u are say , 25 Years Old ?
Also he asked her whether she has been following the Fifth Season of < 超級星光大道 5 > which is currently showing on Starhub Cable Channel 56 On Sundays at 8pm & he asked her if she were being one of the Lucky Three to make it to Taiwan to PK , who would she not really want to PK with as he / she is very strong ...
She said that she will be ready & up for the challenge without giving exactly her ' preferred choice ' . Campus Superstar 1 黄智阳 Ng Chee Yang when asked what he has been busy with recently , said that he has been doing much Singing related Stuff & currently planning to organise a rather big Event that is coming up at the end of the Year in December ... The Hosts also interviewed the other five Contestants too before the much awaited Results were announced .
Then after the Short Interview , the Results of the Three Lucky winners were announced , with the Judges each walking up the Stage to pass an envelope which contained the Ticket to Taiwan to the hands of the three Lucky Contestants ...
First up to the Stage was the Evening Chinese Newspaper - < 新明日报> Journalist ' 管大妈 ' who is also a Judge for this Competition , who first shook the hands of each & everyone of the 7 Contestants on the Stage & finally passing the envelope to the hands of 陈迪雅 Chen Diya who without a doubt really deserved a place to Taiwan for her outstanding & impressive all round Performance ! However , the Winner herself looked rather stunned & surprised that she has been chosen as one of the Winners , much to the surprise & loud cheers from the crowd , audience and her supporting fans rang loud all around in the shopping mall !
DJs Zhou Chongqing & Lin Peifen , as well as Tay Kewei like all fans were visibly delighted with her victory as they stood up & jumped in ecstasy & clapped their hands loudly .
Meanwhile on stage though , 陈迪雅 Chen Diya could not contain her joy as tears of joy could be seen flowing down from her eyes as she tried to wipe away her ' tears ' at that very moment ... Then another Judge went up to the Stage , shook the hands of every Contestant and pass the envelope to Contestant 1 Chua Ai Jia Rachel 蔡艾珈 - much to the surprise & loud cheers from her supporting fans too !
Finally , it was the turn of the < 超級星光大道 > Resident Judge 黄韵玲 to make her way up the Stage with the task of announcng the third & Final Winner that would make the trip to Taiwan for the competition proper !
She first shook the hands of everyone & at the same time congratulated the two Winners , then handed the envelope to the hands of Campus Superstar 1 Winner 黄智阳 Ng Chee Yang ! And at this moment , loud cheers of joy could be heard from his supporting fans as the crowd gave a loud applause to all the three Lucky Winners who have worked really hard indeed for this major achievement !
All three were really deserved Winners on the night for their outstanding & very entertaining as well as very engaging Performance ! They will be off to Taiwan in August on the very first week of next Month !
