Malaysia's most popular CNY Group - 《 八大巨星》returns with an entirely different casts this year , and with more traditional CNY Songs to their newly released CNY Album too ! 由银城唱片全力打造,全新贺岁团队,汇集了歌坛精英实力唱将,有来自北马人美歌甜的刘俐婷,霹雳州的混血儿美女歌后小乔,有福建小歌后之称的全国冠中冠吉隆坡的罗翎允,以及来自南马的抒情天后庄小婷。男唱将侧有来自南马的福建天王阿龙,能歌善舞又搞笑的黑人伟宗,情歌王子宇翔和同样来自芙蓉的2006年ASTRO经典歌艺大赛冠军天翔。以上八位都是独当一面的实力唱将，如今把他们凑合在一起,组成全新的-《八大巨星》就好像是如虎添翼,锐不可当 !
这张贺岁专辑的两首主打歌都是出自专辑制作人的手笔,也就是著名鬼才词曲家范俊福的全新贺岁作品：《欢欢喜喜过新年》及《欢迎春来到》。专辑里还收录了六首单曲以及三组的串烧组曲，一共收录了十九首歌曲，都是传统又充满浓浓新春气息的贺岁歌曲。虽然是刚成军的全新《八大巨星》,但是彼此的默契十足,肯定带给大家一个充满欢乐的新年!
